1. Who we are

This website, www.willowcourtwhite.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Soul Spark Enterprises LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as Willowcourt White ("Willowcourt White," "we," "us," or "our"). 2. Accepting these terms

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site or buy anything through it.

3. These terms and your publishing agreement

These terms cover your use of the Site only. If you sign a publishing, author services, or other agreement with us, that agreement governs our working relationship. Where it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Nothing on the Site, including service descriptions, package details, timelines, or sample results, is an offer to publish your work or a guarantee of any outcome. A publishing relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

4. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or republish Site content without our written permission

• use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful

• try to access parts of the Site or our systems you aren't authorized to use

• upload or send anything containing viruses or malicious code

• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to anyone

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been broken.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Soul Spark name and branding, and site design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal use. Anything else needs our written permission.

Book covers, excerpts, and author images shown on the Site belong to their respective authors or rights holders and appear with permission. They may not be copied or reused.

Testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of individual authors. Every book and author is different, and testimonials don't guarantee similar results.

6. What you send us

If you submit a manuscript, proposal, sample, or other material through the Site or by email, you keep all rights to it. You give us permission to read, store, and review it only for the purpose of assessing whether to work with you. We won't publish, share, or use your material for any other purpose without a signed agreement.

You confirm that anything you submit is your own original work, or that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

We receive many submissions and may already be working on ideas similar to yours. Receiving your material doesn't create any obligation on our part beyond keeping it confidential and handling it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Services, bookings, and payments

Descriptions of our services and packages on the Site are summaries. The full scope, price, payment schedule, and deliverables for any service are set out in your written agreement or invoice.

Payments made through the Site are processed by Stripe. We don't store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

Deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to your agreement with us.

If you live in the UK or EU, you may have statutory rights, including a right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

8. Third-party links and retailers

The Site may link to other websites, including online retailers where our books are sold. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or policies. Purchases made through a third-party retailer are between you and that retailer.

9. No professional advice

Articles, guides, and other resources on the Site are for general information. They aren't legal, financial, or professional advice. Publishing outcomes, including sales, rankings, media coverage, and awards, depend on many factors outside our control, and we can't promise any particular result.

10. Disclaimers

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, or that the information on it is always complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us through the Site in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that we incur because you broke these terms or submitted material that infringes someone else's rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Virginia USA. If you're a consumer living in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement with you, are the entire agreement between us about the Site.
